Valid for at least 6 months. Most employers ask for more.

Common questions
Who can register with Recruitment Konnect?
Any Malawian (or person living in Malawi) aged 18 or over who is looking for skilled, semi-skilled or professional work abroad. Register even if you don’t have a passport yet; we will guide you.
Does it cost anything to register?
[State your fee policy clearly here, e.g. “Registration is free.” Explain any later costs, who pays them, and that all payments are made at our office or to our company account and are always receipted.]
How long does the process take?
It depends on the employer, the country and how quickly documents such as visas and medicals are processed. We will give you an honest estimate for each opportunity and keep you updated.
Will I be guaranteed a job?
No honest agency can guarantee a job. We will match you with verified opportunities that suit your skills and prepare you to give yourself the best chance. Be careful of anyone who “guarantees” a job in exchange for money.
How will you contact me?
Only from our official numbers (+265 999 479 750, +265 995 333 555, +965 511 03 547) and our official email address info@recruitmentkonnect.com. If someone contacts you from another number claiming to be us, please check with us first.
Can I register in person?
Yes. You can visit our office in Lilongwe, or download the paper registration form, fill it in and bring it with copies of your documents.
What happens after I register?
We review your details and documents. If you match a current vacancy we will contact you for a short screening. If not, we keep your profile on file and contact you when a suitable role comes up.
